Should I place my order online or by phone?

You’re welcome to do either! We provide the same level of service both online and over the phone. However, we recommend placing your order online — it’s faster, more secure, and you’ll instantly receive a confirmation and receipt.

Can I select an exact delivery time?

At checkout, you can choose a 2-hour delivery window. We’ll do our best to deliver within that timeframe.

Can I customize an existing bouquet with other balloons you offer?

Yes! Customizations are welcome, but must be placed over the phone with a sales associate to ensure availability and proper design coordination.

How far in advance should I order?

While we do offer same-day delivery, we recommend placing your order at least 2 days in advance to ensure your preferred items are in stock.

Can balloon bouquets be personalized?

Yes, personalization is available. Let us know your request and we’ll make it happen!

Do you offer custom printed balloons?

Absolutely. Contacts us for more details.

Do the balloons come with strings?

Yes! All helium balloons come with 6-foot ribbons or longer.

Can I have my balloons delivered the day before my event?

Yes. Just keep in mind:

Latex balloons will be treated with Hi-Float to extend float time.
Mylar balloons are fine overnight without treatment.

Will table centerpieces block guests’ views?

Not at all. Our centerpieces are designed to float above eye level, ensuring easy conversation and unobstructed views.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Can I pick up my balloon order in person?

Not yet, We will be opening pickup orders in the near future.

Will balloons float if I blow them up myself?

No — balloons will only float if inflated with helium.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available in areas near our store locations. For other areas, it's often possible — just give us a quick call at 619-292-8005 to confirm.

Can you create balloon installations the same day?

It depends on the size and complexity of the installation. If our schedule allows and the setup isn’t too time-intensive, we may be able to accommodate same-day decoration requests. Call us to check availability.

What is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a safe, non-toxic liquid sealant applied inside latex balloons. It slows down helium loss, significantly increasing float time (from hours to several days). It’s especially useful for next-day deliveries or events.

How long will balloons float?

12" latex balloons (with Hi-Float): 20 hours to 4 days
Mylar balloons: Up to 1 week
Float time varies based on humidity and temperature conditions.
