Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer NowDelivery for same-day service on select arrangements. However, not all balloon bouquets are available for same-day delivery, especially during busy times or holidays. To confirm availability, we recommend calling us at

How are deliveries to businesses handled?
For business addresses, we do not schedule delivery appointments. Your order will arrive within the delivery window selected at checkout.
If the business is in a secure building, weβll do our best to deliver directly to the recipient. Otherwise, balloons will be left with a front desk, concierge, mailroom, or receiving area β in a protective bag to avoid damage.
What about residential deliveries?
For home deliveries, we will call the recipient to confirm someone is available to receive the balloons. Weβll do our best to coordinate a time that works within your chosen delivery window.
If the home has a doorman, concierge, or housekeeper, and you note that during checkout, weβll skip the confirmation call and deliver directly.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we deliver to hospitals and follow their individual delivery procedures. Depending on the policy, balloons may be left with security or delivered directly to the patient's room.

No delivery appointment calls are made for hospital deliveries.
Can you deliver to schools or dorms?
Yes, but with some limitations.
We cannot deliver directly to students in classrooms or learning areas β deliveries are restricted to faculty and staff.
Dorm room deliveries are allowed. However, some dorms have a mailroom for packages, while others donβt. Please check and leave delivery details in the order notes.
