Return & Refund Policy

At NowBalloons, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and services. Because most of our items and installations are custom-made, all sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.


Balloon Orders

  • All balloon orders, once picked up or delivered, cannot be returned.
  • Cancellations:
    • Must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery to be eligible for a full store credit.
    • Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours prior will receive a 50% store credit.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery will not receive a credit.
  • All store credits must be used within one year of issuance.
  • Due to the complexity of every order it is up to our discretion to approve and issue a credit. 

Balloon Services (Decor & Installations)

  • Balloon services cannot be returned.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 7 days before the event: A 25% restocking fee will apply, and the remaining 75% will be issued as store credit.
    • Between 7 days and 72 hours before the event: Full store credit will be issued.
    • Between 72 hours and 24 hours before the event: 50% store credit will be issued.
    • Within 24 hours of the event: No credit will be issued.
  • All store credits must be used within one year of issuance.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately after delivery or service completion.

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund for the defective item only.

Please include photos and your order information when reporting an issue.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Deposits & Credits

All deposits are non-refundable.
In the case of an emergency or event cancellation, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Credits must be used within one (1) year from the original event date and can be applied toward future decor services or products.


Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.


Additional Terms

  • Store credits cannot be transferred or converted to cash refunds.
  • Date changes may be subject to fees based on availability and changes to the order.
  • Outdoor balloon decor is subject to weather conditions, and NowBalloons is not responsible for damages caused by outdoor elements after setup.

To qualify for a return or replacement on a defective item:

  • You must contact customer service as soon as delivery or service is completed.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
